The Specially Protected Areas Regional Activity Centre (SPA/RAC) is launching a call for consultation for the recruitment of a National Expert to conduct an assessment of Blue Economy potential and constraints in Albania.
The objective of this consultancy is to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the potential and constraints of the blue economy sectors in Albania, with a particular focus on marine fisheries, biodiversity, and marine ecosystem services.
This activity is implemented under the FishEBM Med Project, funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and coordinated by SPA/RAC.
The selected consultant will work in close coordination with the project’s National Focal Point within the Ministry of Environment of Albania.
