Marine Mediterranean Invasive Alien Species (MAMIAS)
Sharing information and distributional data of non-indigenous species in the Mediterranean area from many different sources by using standards. The online database on marine invasive species in the Mediterranean Sea (MAMIAS; www.mamias.org) gives information on invasive non-indigenous species in the Mediterranean (list of alien species, list of marine invasive species, list of vectors, etc...) and allows the use of different filters to find required data and retrieve statistics at regional and national level about aliens and invasive species.
